SWEDISH IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for someone who is interested in solving problems, implementing solutions and helping companies use software to achieve their goals.

The Role

Implementation Specialists are responsible for guiding customers through initial planning, software setup and tool training.

Our client’s customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for team members who have the communication skills and flexibility to help with a variety of projects including:

Launching campaigns with customers
Driving product adoption across the customer base
Fluent in English and Swedish
Improving and scaling the company’s software setup process
Ensuring all customers complete the required technical setup as quickly as possible

Experience

Managing simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
Delivering product training sessions via phone and web conference software
Building marketing campaigns
Researching, troubleshooting and solving complex software issues
