RUSSIAN SPEAKING NURSE

Location: Dublin

Our client is a global insurance company located in Dublin who is looking for Russian speaking Nurse to join its growing Medical Services department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical advise to members
• Preauthorization of in-patient treatment.
• Aggressive cost containment through tight adjudication, correct evaluation of medical appropriateness and successful negotiation.
• Case management of complex cases.
• Maintain relationships with brokers/clients/providers.
• Medical claims reviews
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Nursing qualification
• Previous clinical nursing experience.
• Experience within in the insurance industry, ideally in healthcare
• Negotiation experience
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Valid EU work permit with the ability to work full time year round
• Completion or progression towards the Diploma in Private Medical Insurance.
• Fluency in English and Russian
