RELOCATION CONSULTANT

Location: Dublin

On behalf of our client, Corporate Relocations, we are now seeking a driven Relocation Consultant to join the team.

The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for managing international assignees relocating to Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate relocation services to ensure successful delivery of services in accordance with client standards and policy.
• Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to relocating employees.
• Keep assignee and client informed of issues, offering prompt solutions as issues arise.
• Coordinate authorized relocation services including shipment of household goods, home rental assistance, temporary housing, house search trips etc
• Maintaining proper documentation in appropriate databases for each transferee.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in relocation would be an advantage
• Excellent organization, administration and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a basic knowledge in the areas of immigration, Dublin property market,
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day activities.
• Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, if required
