As Quality Team Lead, will be responsible for identifying operational challenges and attending to the improvement across all Lines of Business for one of our key clients. You will be responsible for taking ownership of significant process improvements and provide effective risk mitigation on processes for the senior leadership team at the company as well as with the client. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to challenge the status quo from a fundamentals and technical perspective and influence operational personnel to achieve business targets.
