Medical Research Analyst will be the subject matter expert (SME) for Medical Research Consulting Agreements for US, EFPIA, and non-EFPIA countries. As part of this role, the Medical Research Analyst will have responsibility for leading the medical research contracting process globally to ensure a compliant and customer focused approach is maintained; creation and management of associated trainings and documentation, including SOPs and contract templates; process oversight across the CMS organisation including partnering with legal, compliance and privacy. The Analyst will liaise with the Medical Research Account Manager, where necessary, for escalations associated with FMV gaps, complexity and contract language exceptions. The Analyst will have responsibility for measuring performance against key metrics and service level agreements and identifying opportunities for process improvement. In addition, the Analyst will ensure all Medical Research contracting, for both HCPs and non-HCPs, are compliant through a full understanding of the end-to-end global, regional and local Customer Meeting Services processes.
Salary: up to 40K+5% bonus
