Customer/Client Support fluent Japanese 

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to Customers, clients, distributors and sales staff on the Japanese market
• Fostering excellent relations with all customers
• Responsible for processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Responsible for query management through all stages of call logging, escalation
• Management of customer queries and complaints using CRM tool
• Quotations processing
• Collaboration with staff in another departments
• Data integrity of customer profiles
• Credit & Returns Process
• Pricing
• Assist your colleagues as the business demands & provide back-up during times of leave
• Take responsibility for other duties defined by the business that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Provide an excellent professional support to Customers, Distributors, Key Account Managers, and regional offices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide support when required
• Excellent ownership of issues and organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in Japanese and English
• Good time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
