Workforce Solutions Associate

Our Client is a global leading pharmaceutical company located in Cork, Ireland. They are searching for a Workforce Solutions Associate to join their ever expanding team.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Workforce Solutions Associate is to support local business partners globally across 80 countries to manage all data pertaining to the employee lifecycle.

• Process all HR data in accordance with procedures and within SLA
• Drive quality standards within the team by ensuring accurate attention to detail for every transaction, commit to accuracy and quality standards and deliver on all quality metrics.
• Build trust with local HR business partners by proactively working with them to support their business needs
• Be solution focused to resolve any data issues and partner with internal teams and local HR business partners to find timely solutions
• Completing ad hoc duties such as reports as required
• Support the overall Global HR Solutions team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members
• Be open and willing to take on new challenges as the services provided by the Global HR Solutions team evolve and grow

Basic Qualifications      

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HR function or Operational role
• Demonstrated experience within a customer service role with strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience
• Knowledge of CRM and various HR systems
• Experience working cross-functionally in order to achieve business outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant work experience)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to speak additional languages is a benefit (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian)

• Fluent English+ 2nd language ( German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Polish…)

Salary: up to 30K
