LOCATION: DUBLIN
Our client, a global player in luxury and fashion industry, is now looking for a candidate to fill their job position as HEAD of ECOMMERCE
Responsible for the daily E-Commerce requirement, Outbound, Reversal, consumables, Inventory control to ensure delivery of a first class customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the Ecommerce operation with full ownership to deliver all business requirements to ensure day-to-day operations
· Support, Train & help the ECommerce team members
· Future Management of a team depending on volume profile and peak season
· Liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders
· Work closely on a daily basis with the Operations Management, Quality Control & Repair teams
· Lead inventory management program & deliver daily, weekly, monthly reports while liaise with the wider business to ensure effective inventory management
· Lead & deliver a weekly manual consumable program to ensure no packaging shortages to impact the business
· Monitor, Identify, analyse, remedy and root-cause-analysis of operational issues
· Lead quality, safety & training programs for all ECommerce activities
· Technical writer of all SOPs
· Lead a continuous improvement environment and work the business on improvements
· Lead and play an important role on delivering all stages of the ECommerce project
· Support UAT Testing
Successful candidate would have:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience with people management
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in warehouse environment
· Experience in Vendor or supplier management desirable
· Excellent communication, customer orientation and ongoing engagement skills
· Excellent leadership, coordination, motivation & organising skills
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
· Able to maintain a strong and sustainable working relationship with the internal and external team
· High level of responsibility, taking ownership and awareness of business-criticality
· Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
· Willing and able to work flexible hours to support peak seasons
· Able to undertake international travel assignments
· Fluent in English (FRENCH is a plus)
Technical Skills Required:
· Strong Experience with SAP essential (salesforce an advantage).
· Strong Experience with WMS
· Experience in supporting / leading quality, safety & training programs
· Experience leading inventory management programs, cycle counting, root cause analysis & system updates.
· Working in an automated operation is an advantage.
