The Job

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated professional to become a key member of a very professional HR Business Partner team.

The HR Business Partner will build strong collaborative relationships with staff and management in CLE Dublin and across HR to implement HR strategic initiatives and manage a broad range of HR issues within the business. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the business to effect people related change with the objective of adding value to the business and to protect the Company’s interest while ensuring fairness and equity in the management of individual staff issues.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide a dedicated Business Partner service to CLE in Dublin
• Lead on HR initiatives in the business
• Take responsibility for Employee Relations issues
• Drive the performance management agenda in a consistent and effective manner
• Ensure that HR practices are aligned with and supportive of business performance.
• Build effective relationship with HR in Germany to ensure alignment of processes between the two countries where suitable
• Lead and contribute to HR projects as they arise
• Oversee the effective management and implementation of disciplinary, grievance and dignity at work cases as they arise
• Ensure all HR matters are dealt with consistently and in line with relevant employment law and Company policy
• Supporting the business top team in developing and implementing their people strategy
• Provide coaching support to members of the management team  advising on a wide-range of people-management issues

The Person

• Will hold a third level qualification in HR or a suitable alternative qualification.
• Should have a background in ER together with knowledge of employment legislation.
• Should be energetic, resilient and enthusiastic, have the ability to be a self-starter and willing to learn new skills.
• Will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver successful outcomes in a collaborative manner.
• At a minimum, very strong skills in written and spoken German and English is essential
