French/Portuguese/Czech Junior property manager Full Time Permanent

Our client, a successful investment company, located in Dublin, Ireland is looking now for a colleague, as a Junior Property Manager, to join their expanding team.

If you are fluent in English and also with full proficiency in French / Czech / Slovak / Portuguese and meet their requirements, it means that you’re the right candidate.

Requirement: EU/UK Passport / Visa Stamp 4

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating maintenance works for residential rental properties
• Help the property management team in properties management and follow ups
• Inspect commercial and residential properties
• Organising and following up on residential property management inspections
• Coordinate tasks with Lettings team
• Deal with contractors
• Liaising with Owner Management Company/Directors, Contractors and internal maintenance manager/team on a daily basis, as required
• Communications with tenants including handling queries, complaints, providing updates, implementing house rules etc.
• Scheduling work and liaising between office and site teams to ensure proficient property management
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety & fire safety legislation.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and a plus French / Czech / Slovak / Portuguese
