We are now looking for a talented individual to take a senior position in our Global Relations Team in a business worth over €500m per year.

The role is responsible dealing with groups with 20+ locations. partner experience and partner service, to ensure our partners provide our customers with an excellent experience, and drive partner business volume though cross selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop strategy and tactics with Groups globally (FR)
• Report on your strategy and the implementation successes to your Director, COO and CEO
• Represent your function in transformational projects across the business
• Meet/ exceed overall targets for each reporting Group
• Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction
• Develop Cross selling capabilities and implement it with existing partners
• Implement and report on the Groups Strategy (FR)
• Represent Contracting and Partner Management in transformational projects

Essential Competencies/ skills :

• You will have worked with businesses with +20 locations from more than one market.
• Fluent in French & English
• You will have a logical analytical approach to numbers, and depend on facts to identify insights and the resulting actions necessary to make a difference.
• Your strength as a Sales Leader is underpinned by your communication skills.
• You know how to influence people throughout organization in order to get things done.
• You possess a passion for delivering great work every day and hold yourself everyone around you to high standards
• You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with lots of things going on at the same time
• You like to work to clear deadlines and targets
