What you will need to succeed with us:

• Fluent (written/oral) in a German and French & working proficiency in English
• We want hungry, brave & resilient people that want to improve, develop & grow every day.
• You will have a track record of delivery in customer service or sales environment or just do an amazing interview that proves you have the qualities.
• You need to be organized, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment. People who are efficient and accurate do very well in this role.
• You easily develop rapport & build relationships with team mates and clients over the phone.
• Finally, given it is a sales job, you enjoy the challenge of meeting & beating targets and enjoy the feeling of winning.
