Our client has a dedicated team of Human Resources Investigators in a Center of Expertise, with additional qualified Investigators in HR employed around the world. High-risk investigations into employee misconduct require higher levels of oversight and governance. Certain high-risk investigations, not conducted by Company Legal under the Attorney-Client Privilege, still require this level of oversight.
This role will direct the qualified investigator in deep understanding of the alleged high-risk misconduct, ensuring the investigation plan is appropriate and complete (including employee interviews, document review, data collection), conducting appropriate root cause analysis with the investigator and appropriate business personnel, and driving business leadership in defining and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (“CAPA”). This role will also oversee documentation of required data in the HR case management system for such high-risk investigations. This position will report into the Cork-based Forensic Monitoring and Investigations Lead. Training, qualification and oversight in directing an investigation will be provided by the Global Ethics and Compliance function.
