Dutch Customer Service Advisor – Fully remote Full Time Permanent

Location: Amsterdam (fully remote)

Customer Service position, you will be dealing with many customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through other internet platforms depending on customers’ requirements. This position provides customer service support for routine problems regarding clients’ products or services.

Do you speak Dutch or English fluently and you are looking to change or start an exciting new career in Customer Support? We are currently looking for a native Dutch speaker to expand our current Customer Service team located at our site in Amsterdam.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact via inbound, outbound calls or internet platforms, depending on client requirements.  You will handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service. You will be working closely with a big social media platform that has millions of users and is known and recognized globally.

Requirements:

• Native level of Dutch and good level of English.
• Good communication skills.
• Well organized and punctual.
• Professional and accurate.
