German fluent Content Moderator

Location: Porto, Portugal on site

Contract: Permanent

Salary: 1500e gross p/month+ 167e meal allowance

Working hours: between Monday to Sunday – 07:00 AM – 10:00 PM;  (07:00am – 04:00pm /09:00am – 06:00pm / 01:00pm – 10:00pm) Rotative shifts; 2 days off

Training: 5 weeks (9AM TO 6PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY) – Paid

Responsibilities:

• You will provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
• You will ensure that the platform’s content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
• You will be effective in agreeing to social media policies
• You will ensure training, standards and policies are provided

        Requirements:

• Fluent  German
• Fast learner so you can develop your skills within a short period of time
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis ideal
• Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
• Empathic
• Motivated and with a positive attitude;
• Attention to detail
