B2B Customer Representative:
– Provide friendly service via inbound/outbound calls, live chat and emails (stock availability, expected delivery date and client’s order status)
– Provide daily feedback to the team leader
– Achieve metric goals independently with minimal direction and support
– Act as a liaison between Client Services and Store (sharing information relevant to both departments and booking in-store appointments for final clients)
– Identify and challenge any negative effects on the Customer Experience prior to new launches, promotions, mass mails and improvement projects
– Manage the orders from customers (entering in the system, checking pricing, date of delivery)
– Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned market effectively, verifying progress and intervening in a timely manner when obstacles arise in keeping with agreed deadlines and commercial requirements.
– Keep track of the orders from reception to delivery at final destination
Your qualities
– 2 to 5 years of customer servicing experience in hospitality
– Fluent in English, Italian and French (written and spoken)
– Use of MS Office
– Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
– Patience, empathy, and ability to work under pressure
– Enthusiasm and motivation
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
– Team player
