B2B Customer Representative – Order Management Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities:

Manage sales and purchase orders from customers and/or affiliates from order processing to delivery at the final destination
Coordinate logistics and shipping to the region of competence in line with existing KPIs

Reply to the inquiries from customers or sales managers related to order management, stock availability, shipping status, credit issues, mis-shipments, within 48 hrs. from their receipt and keep track of them
Coordinate operational activities for assigned markets verifying progress; when obstacles arise intervene/escalate within agreed deadlines and commercial requirements
Work closely with Credit Risk, F&A, and Sales Managers for credit limit issues
Act as a liaison between client services and store, sharing information relevant to both departments and booking in-store appointments for final clients
Identify and challenge any negative effects on the Customer Experience prior to new launches, promotions, mass mails, and improvement projects

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

Fluent English and Spanish & Italian a must (oral&written)
Customer Service experience
MS Office experience – especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP desirable
