Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting customers with product training on our client’s Hospital Channel portfolio
• Promoting confidence and competence in the use of the client’s Product Portfolio to ensure correct handling and troubleshooting of products resulting in safer patient care and better patient outcomes.
• Facilitating product demonstrations and practice-based workshops throughout the country.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, and record training as appropriate
• Responsibility for engaging with the key stakeholders about annual training plans and to plan, co-ordinate and facilitate training, maintain training records and to analyse training activities and provide reporting when necessary.
• Building and maintaining relationships by engaging with key stakeholders, Education Teams, Clinical engineers, Nurse Management and Nurse Practice Development is key to the success of this role.

About you:

• Flexible to travel nationwide (32 counties).
• Nursing degree an advantage.
• Clinical product training experience desirable.
• Strong planning, organisation and work prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently producing the relevant materials necessary for the role
• Full clean Irish driving license, essential.
