Training Specialist (Medical Devices)
Location: Dublin, with national travel within Ireland required

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting customers with product training on our client’s Hospital Channel portfolio
- Promoting confidence and competence in the use of the client’s Product Portfolio to ensure correct handling and troubleshooting of products resulting in safer patient care and better patient outcomes.
- Facilitating product demonstrations and practice-based workshops throughout the country.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and record training as appropriate
- Responsibility for engaging with the key stakeholders about annual training plans and to plan, co-ordinate and facilitate training, maintain training records and to analyse training activities and provide reporting when necessary.
- Building and maintaining relationships by engaging with key stakeholders, Education Teams, Clinical engineers, Nurse Management and Nurse Practice Development is key to the success of this role.
About you:
- Flexible to travel nationwide (32 counties).
- Nursing degree an advantage.
- Clinical product training experience desirable.
- Strong planning, organisation and work prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently producing the relevant materials necessary for the role
- Full clean Irish driving license, essential.
