IBU Medical Affairs Education Associate
Location: Cork, Ireland
Fixed-term contract for 12 months with views of permanency
Contingency contract hired by Bespoke Recruitment and work directly with our client
Salary: €55k DOE + annual bonus
Full-time position based on a hybrid model
Requirement: EU Passport or Stamp 4
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical organization with a high name in this industry. They operate over 5 continents and sum up over 60 000 employees worldwide. This role will primarily focus on operational support for the International (IBU) Med Ed Portfolio Team who implement Med Ed solutions across Business Units.
Responsibilities:
Processes and tools:
Lead/develop processes and serve as the subject matter expert for Medical Education Third Party Organizations (TPOs) management.
Process owner for the IBU Review Process and act as a subject matter expert, suggesting and implementing improvements where needed.
Coordinate all international Med Ed sponsorship, and partnership contracts with key medical societies across therapy areas- Navigator between the MedEd Portfolio Team and legal, compliance, and procurement colleagues.
Design, implement, and maintain a process for Independent Sponsorship contracting.
Program implementation
Navigate between and in close collaboration with the Med Ed team and legal, compliance and procurement colleagues to ensure program requirements are met.
Lead development and coordination of best practices and key learning sharing for the MAE teams.
Contributes to the efficiency, productivity, and success of the Med Ed function by ensuring that vendors/providers meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality cost-effective solutions.
Oversee and manage updates to the client-led tactic project timelines, budget, etc..
Identify and remediate barriers to ensure program implementation success.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
At least 1 year of pharma experience
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
