Human Resource (HR) Admin- Hebrew speaking
Location: Poland
Permanent position
Salary range: DOE (depending on experience) €18k – €30k gross/year – 84000 Zloty – 132000 Zloty gross/year
Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries from client employees
- Investigate to conclude a solution to the request and communicate it to the requestor.
- Emp personal data changes – Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates
- Manager based transactions – New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
- HR based transactions – mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
- Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity
- Audit Management – Support internal/external audits
- Escalation management
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Workforce Administration, HR (Center of excellence and Operations)
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
- Familiar with Workforce Administration processes in ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Analytical capabilities
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Fluent in Hebrew language and min B2 in English language
- HR Admin experience
- Experience with the Polish labour eco-system and collective agreements preferably
