FINANCIAL SPECIALIST

Location: Stenovice, Czech Republic

Salary range: from 60 000 CZK – 75 000 CZK gross/month

Permanent contract, full-time, working on site

Our client is a multinational company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets a full line of advertising speciality products. Originally from Ireland, they’ve expanded their business across the globe with a promising resolution to helping small businesses create personal connections.

The Financial Controller will support the Financial Manager by performing the analyzes and corrections of material accounts to provide an accurate overview of the material flow and inventory status. Also, will be responsible for correct system settings and for the month-end close of the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

· Calculation and accounting of accruals, reserves and allocations to support the monthly financial close.

· Preparation of documents for routine reporting, annual budget, forecasts and statutory audit.

· Inventory analysis and reconciliation of material balance sheet accounts.

· Collaboration on the inventory cycle count process.

· Checking and adjusting system settings

· Ad Hoc analysis.

· Communication with the company headquarters abroad.

· Support of company management in the assigned area

Requirements:

· University education (at least bachelor’s degree) in the field of accounting or business economics

· At least 4 years of experience in accounting or controlling.

· Advanced level of English language.

· Practical experience of working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle, good working knowledge of Excel.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Reliability, responsibility, diligence, loyalty and a willingness to learn new things.
