Customer Service and Sales – GERMAN language
Our client is one of the most prestigious brands and global players in the luxury market. They create, manufacture, distribute and sell high-end jewels, watches, perfumes and accessories in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world and selected distributors and more than 10.000 exclusive perfumeries.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads for German-speaking countries.
- Transform business chances into profitable sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new German-speaking consumers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Responding to German-speaking customers’ inquiries.
- Manage accounts and maintain necessary records.
- Report daily on current retailers based on call schedule, and weekly on progress towards targets.
Requirements:
- Solid sales and client relationship expertise in luxury or exclusive brands, with a preference for retail or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales possibilities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong customer service knowledge in luxury hospitality, call centres, or IT support.
- Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- Fluent in English and German language
