They create, manufacture, distribute and sell high-end jewels, watches, perfumes and accessories in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world and selected distributors and more than 10.000 exclusive perfumeries.
Responsibilities:
- This role may involve Saturday shifts on a rotational basis which may include other days depending on business needs.
- Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs
- Reply to inquiries from internal and external French speaking customers on the company products and orders
- Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
- Anticipate client needs by taking the full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day to day.
- Keep track of all issues related to customers, order- and delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, etc.)
- Manage claims & reverse logistic for your French speaking client portfolio.
- Reporting on market activities and trends for an informed decision.
- Ensure your clientele is going through an order experienceRequirements:
- Salesforce\SAP\MS Suite.
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in Order Management or Customer Service or Logistics.

Salary: €30,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
